It's ridiculously old-fashioned, the way the ‪‎Serum‬ Institute in‪ Copenhagen‬ documents ‪#‎vaccinations‬. In ‪‎Danish‬. And in incomprehensible ‪handwriting‬.Not very helpful where you need to show it!
